Yes, you read that right. While some folks sip herbal tea and test in staging environments, we’re over here brewing our third cup of Darjeeling tea and deploying code directly to prod. Why? Because why rehearse when you can perform live on Broadway?

Let’s address the elephant in the server room. Most software teams treat production environments like a museum: “Look, don’t touch.” But not us. We treat production like a trampoline park; everyone’s invited, and things get wild. Sure, some might call this “reckless,” “chaotic,” or “an HR liability,” but we prefer terms like “agile,” “dynamic,” and “thrill-driven development.”

Here’s why coding in production isn’t just a habit, it’s a lifestyle:

Why wait for QA to file a ticket when your users can Whatsapp you in real-time? Nothing says “customer-centric” like fixing a bug while someone’s mid-checkout. Our support team has a standing agreement with the engineering team: “You break it, you buy the pizza.” (Spoiler: We eat a lot of pizza and drink a lot of Tea, Except some who drinks water and care for there hair too much 😏)

Staging environments are like our traffic rules. sure, they exist, but who really follows them? Why waste time on a ‘pretend’ server when we can dive straight into the chaos of production, like merging into a roundabout during rush hour? Sure, it’s a little wild, and sometimes you’ll get honked at with some Good Kind words ( in our case, error alerts), but we always find a way to swerve through. And just like adding that extra pinch of masala to your Tea, we believe in spicing things up. Will it work in prod? Probably not. But will we fix it? Absolutely. Probably. Maybe

Where Founders Lead by Example

Nothing bonds a team like watching your CEO accidentally take down the Aadhar verification page during a investor demo. Our founders don’t just talk about “embracing chaos” He code in prod while skydiving. Or at least that’s the rumor. (Note to HR: Please don’t fact-check this.)

And oh boy, does the team take after the founders. If the founders is skydiving into production, the team is base-jumping off the server racks. We’re absolutely crazy, in the best way possible. Whether it’s deploying a feature at 4 AM... because “it felt like the right time for connecting people with Technology” or debugging live during a client meeting (Where is the Back button, Guess what? there is no button) we’ve turned chaos into an art form.

And then there’s the Design Team, The arch nemesis of Developers - the ones who live by Hicks Law 😕 while we’re out here following the Law of Chaos (Kicks law)😎. They want everything pixel-perfect, while we’re just trying to make sure the buttons don’t crash the app. To them, “Midnight Mist” and “Shadow Storm” are two entirely different colors. To us, they’re both #333333.

But hey, we love them anyway. They make things beautiful, and we make things exist. It’s a match made in chaotic heaven.

Our team doesn’t just embrace the madness,  we dance in it. Think of us as the Tollywood heroes of the tech world: there’s always drama, a lot of improvisation, and somehow, by the end, everything works out.

So, if you ever wonder why we’re so calm when things go sideways, it’s because we’ve mastered the art of turning “Oh no!” into “Lets Get Started, classic us!” And honestly, wouldn’t you rather work with a team that’s a little crazy than one that’s boring?

Look, we get it. To the uninitiated, our approach sounds like juggling chainsaws while riding a hoverboard. But here’s the secret: We’re really good at juggling chainsaws.

1. Hotfixes at Hyperspeed: Our deploy button has a permanent fingerprint indent.

2. User Empathy: When a customer says “the site’s broken,” we reply, “We know. We’re typing as fast as we can.”

3. Resilience: If our app were a person, it would have survived three zombie apocalypses and a surprise math pop quiz.

While other teams are stuck in meetings debating “risk mitigation,” we’re out here living. Our mantra? “Code like nobody’s watching (until they are, and then we’ll fix it).”

Sure, we’ve had moments. Like that time we accidentally turned the “Buy Now” button into a "Clean Entire Database button" (It turned out a necessary feature at that time, BTW who coded that ?.) Or the day our homepage briefly read, “Welcome to [Chaos]—Please Stand By.” (Spoiler phir se: Users loved the transparency. Are Such me, Maa kasham)
